Restaurant Indigo is a neo-soul food concept focusing on the history, culture, and social experiences that have shaped and guided African American foodways. Each dish is strategically crafted into two 5-course tasting menu with a bit of history behind each course, amplifying the guest’s dining experience. At Indigo, soul food and neo-soul food are the catalysts in every dish. Cultivated from scraps and spices in its beginning, soul food now has an opportunity to be revitalized with high quality ingredients, with both ancient and modern cooking techniques. 

Upon dining at Indigo, guests will be offered two separate, but equal tasting menus:

  • Herbivore
  • Omnivore.

Our Herbivore menu will showcase vegetables that have been smoked, pickled, etc. 

 Omnivore menu will be a feature of our previous menus combined. You will get a bit of Herbivore, wild game, and Pescatarian!
