Chef’s Table is a three Michelin-starred restaurant. Get comfortable and enjoy Chef Cesar Ramirez’s cuisine. Inspired by Japanese cuisine and French techniques, the dishes change with the seasons.

This restaurant offers a tasting menu of 15 courses. Dinner will take more than two hours. The menu will appeal to those who like fish and seafood. Japanese cuisine in French execution technique.

The tasting menu is dominated by fish and shellfish, with one or two meat dishes and a variety of desserts. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate guests with seafood allergies, vegetarian or vegan diets.

The Chef’s Table at Brooklyn Fare has 7,000 bottle cellars, highlighting classic European regions such as Champagne, Burgundy, Rhône, Germany and Austria. Four years in a row, since August 2015, we’ve been honored with Wine Spectator’s “Best of the Best” award.

The total cost of the tasting menu is $394.42, including tax. Service is not included; if you want to leave a gratuity, you can do so with your captain, night in and night out. We offer an award-winning selection of wine and sake for an additional fee. We do not offer a cocktail program.

We ask that you arrive on time to prevent missing courses. Our dress code is formal business attire. Suit jackets are required for gentlemen.

Tuesday-Saturday: 5:30 and 7:30 p.m.
